Shipping
We're pleased to announce that we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the amount. Whether you order a single item or multiple items, you'll pay no shipping costs.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the button in the shipping confirmation email or by entering your tracking number on the following page: Cuzara
Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your package has shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your new fashion items!
We currently only offer shipping to New Zealand, we are working to expand this to more countries.
Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth returns process, we recommend reading our returns policy, which you can find in the footer of our website. To register a return, simply send us an email. Our team is ready to assist you and guide you through the returns process.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, provide a suitable solution.
You can exchange items by returning them according to our returns procedure and placing a new order for the desired item. To initiate this process, please email us at support@cuzara.com.
