Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Subsequently, the package will be prepared for shipment. -
Delivery time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is carried out by New Zealand Couriers.
All delivery times exclude any possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage of the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number does not work
It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, please contact customer service.
